Engagement Pictures by Melissa Manzione Photography

After almost a year of being engaged ( we have had a pretty long engagement period comparative to others lately) we decided to get our engagement pictures taken to be able to use them on our Save the dates. So, we made a date with our photographer Melissa, who just happens to be our neighbor and super awesome friend, and her hubby Nick to head over to the eastern shore to a little town called St. Michaels. B & I love this quaint little town for it's slowness and beauty it provides. We've stayed at a bed & breakfast there for a weekend getaway, and like to go the short hour & half drive to just get away and relax. There is just a beauty in small towns, that we both adore. They have an awesome little brewery( Eastern Shore Brewing) there so that's we started (neither one of us love attention, so we needed a lil liquid courage) and had some flights of their different kinds of beer to just relax into the session. After some shots at the brewery, we just walked along the streets, and Melissa snapped away, we stumbled upon a cute little dock area with the sweetest covered bridge and then from there, and a quick outfit change we went down to the Inn at Perry Cabin (where wedding crashers was shot) and took some more pictures on the docks and along the water.
Here are just a few of some of our favorites, it's SO hard to narrow it down. Melissa is amazing at what she does, and of course makes it easy for everyone involved. We couldn't be happier to have these images for the rest of our lives, and also that we got to share it with some amazing friends as well. Melissa & Nick, thanks for being a part of our love story!
